We hope you're following the USA soccer team as they represent us at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.  There have been several great plays and many great matches so far, including a nail-biting USA victory over Algeria this week.  Landon Donovan scored the go-ahead goal during the first minute of stoppage time in what was looking to become a 0-0 tie, despite aggressive offensive playing by team USA and incredible work in goal by our own Tim Howard.  The win put the USA at the top of their group, guaranteeing them space in the next stage of the tournament.

The USA squad is really making us proud, and we hope you all feel similarly.  We're confident that during training as well as before and after the game, all players from all countries involved in The World Cup are making sure to maintain their hydration.  It's very important to remember to get some exercise and drink plenty of fluids, not just in the summer, but all year long - even if we can’t all be professional athletes!
