If free food or tax-inspired cocktails (for the over 21 crowd, of course) don’t do the trick, remember that exercise is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety. According to an article published in Harvard Men’s Health Watch, “exercise reduces levels of the body's stress hormones” and “stimulates the production of endorphins, chemicals in the brain that are the body's natural painkillers and mood elevators.”
So try to take advantage of the spring weather and go work off all that post-tax filing stress. And don’t forget to hydrate!
