As we have mentioned before, getting serious about obesity starts with education – not laws and regulation.  That’s why we scratch our heads when we hear that politicians in California are once again proposing a tax on soft drinks after several failed attempts.  Shouldn’t they be focused on what matters most – education, safety and jobs – and leave the grocery shopping to us?
