Each month, the United Stated Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) releases its monthly report on job creation.  For June 2013, we learned from the folks at FoodandBeveragePeople.com that  “the food and beverage industry remains a positive force in the job market, accounting in June for 29.9% of all job growth.”

The non-alcoholic beverage industry alone has a direct economic impact of $141.22 billion, provides more than 233,000 jobs and helps to support hundreds of thousands more that depend, in part, on beverage sales for their livelihoods.
