Just last month, 74 percent of voters in Massachusetts voted against an expansion of their state’s current bottle bill tax – which shows that people there understand that the bottle bill is a costly, inefficient and outdated system. And we agree - isn’t it time to move forward and expand convenient, comprehensive recycling programs like curbside recycling?
