Did you have a white Christmas this year? At Sip and Savor our thoughts are with the families who are cleaning up the aftermath of 34 tornadoes that swept through the nation’s midsection Christmas night.
Despite the romantic notions made famous in Irving Berlin’s iconic song, “White Christmas,” made famous by Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye and Rosemary Clooney in 1954, Farmers Almanac reports the probability of snow on Christmas isn’t likely for the majority of us in the United States. So for all of you anticipating snow filled fun in 2013, whether you’re just learning to ski or planning a great winter dog sledding vacation (yes, they exist), be sure to check out the National Weather Service Snow Analysis for the best powder.
And don’t forget a refreshing beverage to fuel your fun.
