We at Sip & Savor want to wish President Clinton a happy birthday!

Working together with President Clinton, the William J. Clinton Foundation and the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, the non-alcoholic beverage industry developed and implemented our national School Beverage Guidelines. Through this partnership, we removed full-calorie soft drinks from schools and replaced them with more lower-calorie, smaller-portion options, driving a 90 percent reduction in beverage calories shipped to schools.

We would like to thank President Clinton for his commitment to bringing people and groups together to develop meaningful solutions to complex issues like childhood obesity – and, of course, wish him a very happy birthday!
