Forty years ago, Martin Cooper used the Motorola DynaTAC to make the first cell phone call in history. The DynaTAC weighed in at more than one kilogram, the battery died after talking on it for 20 minutes and it looked like a giant plastic brick. Through the years, the mobile phone industry has gone through multiple technological advances – providing more functions and smaller options to meet consumer interest and demand. In fact, it’s hard to imagine not having so many convenient options from which to choose.
America’s non-alcoholic beverage industry also was born from the entrepreneurial spirit and has continued to innovate by delivering more choices, a variety of portion sizes, a wide range of calories and clear calorie labels.
